Return and Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds, but we do accept replacements. Please send the damaged goods back to us within 5 days of receipt. We will inspect the items within 4-5 days and, if eligible, replace them with new products. The replacement will be shipped within 1-2 days, with delivery expected in 7-10 days.

Incorrect Products:

If you receive a product that is different from the one you ordered, please contact our customer support within 3 days of receiving the item.

We will arrange for the correct product to be shipped to you, and we will cover any associated return shipping costs.

Damaged or Defective Products:

If your product arrives in a damaged or broken condition, please notify us within 3 days of receiving the item. Please provide clear photographs of the damaged or broken product and its packaging to our customer support team.

We will initiate a one-to-one exchange process, and a replacement product will be sent to you at no additional cost.

Return Process:

Contact our customer support team to report the issue and initiate the return process.

Provide the necessary details, including your order number, product details, and clear photographs if applicable.

Our customer support team will guide you through the return process, including arranging for the return shipping label if required.

Note:

All return requests must be made within the specified timeframe mentioned above.

Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories and documentation.

Exceptions:

Please be aware that this one-to-one return policy does not cover issues arising from customer misuse, mishandling, or any other circumstances beyond our control.

Our quality guarantee policy is offered in good faith. We ask that it should only be used in genuine cases where you have been unsatisfied with your purchase. We reserve the right to refuse a request for a return/refund policy if we believe a customer is abusing the policy.
